Must have

  1. Minimum 5 years of MAO [Manhattan Active OMNI] Technical and Functional Support experience
  2. Minimum 5 years of Experience with MAO Configurations and Extensions
  3. 5 10 years of Order Management and Fulfillment related Technical and Functional Support experience.
  4. 5 10 years of Omni Channel / Retail domain experience
  5. 3 5 years of SQL experience
  6. Rest API testing experience using tools like Postman, JMeter, etc.
  7. Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills

Preferred

  1. 3 5 years of programming language experience like MuleSoft, Java, Golang, Dot Net, etc.
  2. 3 5 years of SCI Report creation experience
